1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Bitcoin Lifestyles Club website, course library, Premium Access membership, private community resources, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, purchasing Premium Access, or participating in the private community, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and comply with applicable law to use the Services. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your login credentials, and promptly notifying Bitcoin Lifestyles Club at support@bitcoinlifestyles.club of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account or membership access without written permission.
3. Educational Purpose and Risk Disclosure
Bitcoin Lifestyles Club provides general educational material about crypto markets, blockchain technology, research frameworks, charting, wallets, and related topics. The Services do not provide individualized investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Cryptoassets and related products can be volatile, speculative, and subject to substantial or complete loss. You are solely responsible for your own research and decisions. 4. No Guarantee of Results
The Services, member discussions, examples, research materials, historical market commentary, and third-party resources are provided for educational context only. Bitcoin Lifestyles Club does not guarantee any trading result, income, profit, avoided loss, market outcome, or result from applying any information made available through the Services.
5. License and Intellectual Property
Subject to these Terms and an active membership where required, Bitcoin Lifestyles Club grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the educational materials for your own non-commercial use. All website, course, video, written, visual, brand, and community materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain the property of Bitcoin Lifestyles Club or its licensors.
- You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, publicly display, distribute, mirror, download for redistribution, or commercially exploit the materials except where written permission is provided.
- You may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, circumvent access controls, or attempt to interfere with the website, portal, or related systems.
- You may not share member-only videos, course materials, private-community content, login credentials, or access links with non-members.
6. Community and Member Conduct
If you participate in a private community, you must communicate lawfully and respectfully. You may not post unlawful, deceptive, harassing, defamatory, infringing, malicious, or spam content; impersonate another person; solicit members for unrelated schemes; or use the community to provide individualized professional advice. Bitcoin Lifestyles Club may moderate or remove content and may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms, creates a security risk, or harms the community.
7. Payments, Digital Access, and Refunds
Premium Access is currently offered as a one-time payment for the stated membership benefits. Payments made with cryptocurrency must be sent only through the supported native network and to the address displayed for the selected asset. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Submission of a transaction ID does not create an account or guarantee access; Bitcoin Lifestyles Club manually reviews the submitted payment information before access is issued.
Because Premium Access provides digital course and community access, payments are non-refundable after access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Nothing in the Services guarantees a financial, trading, or other outcome.
8. Email Communications
Account and service communications. When you create an account, apply for or purchase membership, request access to the course library or private community, submit a support request, reset a password, or otherwise provide an email address in connection with Bitcoin Lifestyles Club, the Company may send emails necessary to administer the relationship. These communications may include account approval or activation, account-access instructions, password-reset and security notices, purchase or payment confirmations, material service or access changes, support responses, and notices required to operate the membership.
Low-frequency member updates. Bitcoin Lifestyles Club may also send occasional updates to current or former members about membership benefits, material changes to the website or course library, relevant educational content, private-community resources, and related Bitcoin Lifestyles Club services. These updates will identify Bitcoin Lifestyles Club as the sender and will be sent from an authorized Company email address, including support@bitcoinlifestyles.club.
Choices and unsubscribing. Each non-essential member update will include a clear method to unsubscribe from future member-update emails. You may also request to unsubscribe by contacting support@bitcoinlifestyles.club. Bitcoin Lifestyles Club will honor eligible unsubscribe requests as required by applicable law. Opting out of non-essential member updates does not prevent necessary account, security, transaction, support, or other service-related communications.
Email delivery and records. Bitcoin Lifestyles Club may use reputable third-party email service providers and maintain reasonable records of message delivery, opt-out requests, bounces, and complaints in order to operate the membership, protect users, and improve delivery reliability. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Privacy and Data Handling
Bitcoin Lifestyles Club collects and uses information as described in the Privacy Policy. You agree that Bitcoin Lifestyles Club may process the information you provide to administer accounts, review payment requests, provide support, maintain reasonable security controls, and deliver communications consistent with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may reference or link to third-party websites, platforms, wallets, exchanges, communities, applications, or other resources. Bitcoin Lifestyles Club does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, products, services, or actions. A reference or link does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
11. Availability, Updates, and Changes
Bitcoin Lifestyles Club may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, accuracy, legal compliance, or operational reasons. Course content and related educational resources may change as markets, products, technologies, and regulations evolve. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, portal, videos, community, or any particular resource.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Bitcoin Lifestyles Club disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bitcoin Lifestyles Club and its creators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, business opportunity, or use arising from or related to the Services.
13. Suspension and Termination
Bitcoin Lifestyles Club may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, compromise security, infringe intellectual property, or engage in conduct that may harm other users or the Company. Termination does not transfer ownership of any materials to you and does not limit obligations that by their nature should survive, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, and payment-related provisions.
14. Changes to These Terms
Bitcoin Lifestyles Club may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Material changes affecting existing members may also be communicated through the member portal or an appropriate email notice.
15. Governing Law and Contact
